Proverbs 9:6 NKJV
The person who comes to wisdom and accepts it as the precious jewel it is has nothing to lose but naiveté. They must break completely themselves from all bad company. Many times this will be a challenge for fear of being alone. But, God works with us much better when we are alone and not distracted. It is not enough to forsake the foolish and live, but it is better for we must join ourselves in fellowship with those that walk in wisdom, and walk in the same Spirit of God and their steps being order by the Lord.
There must not be a conforming to their ways, and have no fellowship with darkness or with those that deal in such behaviors. There must be an awakening and rising from dead works and live in the wisdom, knowledge and services of God. Then, we are ready to go in the way of understanding, choosing the paths of Wisdom, and keeping them by the following of the leadership of Jesus Christ.

Solomon states in Proverbs 1:7 that "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction." This is an inspiring exaltation of the importance of wisdom and knowledge. The following verses of the Holy Bible are intended to expand our understanding of life's basic instructions.
